It felt weird not going to Hyper Japan last year, but after the on-the-door ticket fiasco of the con's first exhibition at Olympia, I was reluctant to go there again. We (my friend Fi and I) had always just turned up on our chosen day and bought our tickets there and then, no fuss, but in 2016 we had to wait for over an hour to get in because someone had to go out and buy some rolls of tickets (had we known, we'd have pre-booked). OK, so an hour sounds like a really annoyingly long time to wait, but I felt sorry for the people who had been forced to wait since 9am who, like us, were used to just turning up and getting their fill of otaku/J-cu

Hyper Japannn!!

    Hyper Japan Summer festival was really nice this year   I'm so upset I could only afford Saturday 2nd session because I'd have loved to stay for the whole weekend. They really sorted out a majority of the issues that was had with the venue last year, opened up the whole building and expanded the stalls area, and moved the main stage into such a comfortable and much better suited space   There were so many lovely artists I could cry, so many good arts what the heckkk, I'm super sad that I had like £1 because I wanted to buy so many things. Hyper Japan Rundown!!

Hello again! :3c another nice long ramble to myself that no-one cares about hehe So anyways!
